Can I cancel an order? / 下单后还能取消订单吗？

• Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are unable to
  change or cancel your order. 订单确认后就无法取消了。
• If you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it
  within 30 days of your order date for a refund. 如果你下完单后，改变主意不想要了，在你收到货品后的30天内随时可以退货。

Return Policy / 退货规定

1. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, don’t hesitate to return it within 30
   days of your order date. 如果收到货品后不满意的话，30天内随时可以退货。
2. Please make sure that any product you return will be in the same condition you received
   it and in the original packaging. 请确保要退的货品和你收到它（们）的时候一样，要用寄去的包装盒将它（们）寄回。
3. Merchandise that is used, worn, or in an unsellable condition will not be accepted for
   refund. 穿过的服装和鞋子是不能退的。
4. A 20% fee will be charged for merchandise that is missing its original tag. 如果货品的原始标签丢失了，我们将收取20%的损失费。

Exchanges / 交换

Due to our ever-changing inventory, exchanges are not available. / 鉴于货品属限量款，交换是无法保证的。

Issuance of Refunds / 退款

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. After we have received your qualifying return, your account will be credited within 10 to 14 business days, in most cases, depending on your bank and/or billing cycle. 退货后，退款将自动退回到付款的信用卡。退款一般在我们收到你的退货后10-14天退回到你的信用卡。
